From The North: Take I-79 south to the
From The South: Take I-79 north to the
From The East: Take US Route 22 west merge onto I-376 westbound (Monroeville)
follow I-376 through downtown Pittsburgh then merge onto the Fort Pitt bridge go
through tunnel take the Parkway Center Exit. Make a right just after the
From The West: Take US Route 60, which then turns into I-376 eastbound. . Take the Greentree exit, at the light make a left onto Greentree road, and at the 4th red light a right and then a quick left into the complex - building #4.

Directions To LifeCare Hospital of Pittsburgh:
From Route 22: Follow Rte 22 towards Pittsburgh until you see signs for 376 -- this is the parkway. You will take 376 west until you see signs for the "Edgewood/Swissvale" exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp you will make a right hand turn. This will immediately place you onto Braddock Ave. Follow Braddock Avenue until it intersects with Penn Ave. You will go through 3 lights. Once you get to Penn Ave. you will make a right turn. You will go to the next light and you will see us on the left hand side. Make a left at the light. You can then make a real quick right into the parking lot. Once in the parking lot all you will need to do is cross the street and enter the hospital through the main door. There is an information desk just inside the door.
From Monroeville (via the Parkway): Take the Parkway from Monroeville heading into town. You will see the exit marked “Edgewood/Swissvale”, take this exit. At the bottom of the ramp, make a right hand turn. This will immediately put you onto S. Braddock Avenue. Follow Braddock Ave. until you intersect with Penn Avenue (about 3 red lights). Make a right onto Penn Ave. and you will see LifeCare on the left about 2 blocks down. At the traffic light, turn left, then make a quick right into the parking lot.
From Fort Pitt Tunnels:
Follow the signs for
From 28 North: Follow 28 South until you see the exit for the Highland Park Bridge. Go across the bridge, staying in the left lane, exit the bridge from the left lane, this exit will take you in a loop and you will need to stay in the right hand lane. Almost immediately you will need to make the right hand turn onto Washington Boulevard. Follow Washington Boulevard until you come to Penn Avenue, You will go through 4 traffic lights, at the 5th light you will be at Penn and fifth, you will need to stay in the left hand lane all the way. At the 5th light make a left hand turn. You are now on Penn avenue. Follow Penn Ave,. all the way to the hospital. This will be about 1-1/12 miles. You will pass Braddock Ave. on the right, once you pass Braddock Ave, you will be only 2 blocks from the hospital. You will be at a traffic light right in front of the hospital. Make a left hand turn onto the access road, and an immediate right into the parking lot.
From The North: Take 79 southbound until you see the split for 279. This will be about an hour drive. The 279 split is a left lane exit off of 79 and it directs you towards Pittsburgh. This comes up shortly after you have passed the Wexford exit on 79. Follow 279 south following signs to Pittsburgh. When you get closer to Pittsburgh you will see signs that direct you towards the Parkway east (376) towards Monroeville you will see signs to Monroeville (376 East), follow these signs. There is construction, so orange signs cover the normal signs. You will want to stay in the right hand land. You will be merging onto the Ft.Duquesne Bridge. Once again you will be following signs to Monroeville. You will need to merge over 2 lanes on the bridge. (Do not cross the Ft. Pitt Bridge). Stay in the lane until you see the on ramp for Monroeville. This will put you directly onto the Parkway. In about 1 mile you will see the Squirrel Hill Tunnels. Go through Squirrel Hill Tunnels. Immediately after you come out of the tunnel, you will see an exit to your right this is the Edgewood/Swissvale Exit. Take this exit following signs for Edgewood. Do not follow the Glendale Road sign, instead continue around the curve until you see a sign for Braddock Ave. (South Braddock Ave.) Turn Right onto Braddock Ave. You will follow this road for several miles and go through about 3 lights. You will follow this road until you come to Penn Ave. Make a right onto PennAve. LifeCare is about 2-3 blocks down on the left. Make a left at the light in front of the Hospital and an immediate right into the parking lot. (Ambulances will make a left to the front door). Parking is free. Stop at the main desk and the Security Officer will direct you.
